Why do I need to enter my email?

If you’re purchasing a Virtuscape product you will be asked to enter your email address at checkout. This is because we send you a separate email containing your download link immediately after purchasing.

What is the installation process?

Rhodecase88 ships as a single .pkg file which you’ll get by clicking DOWNLOAD in your purchase email. Open the Rhodecase_Installer.pkg file by right clicking (or holding Option while Clicking) on the file and choose “Open”. Simply Install, open your DAW, and start playing!

Can I use Virtuscape products on more than one computer?

Yes! You have lifetime unlimited usage as there is no copy protection or serial number to keep track of.

Are Virtuscape libraries compatible with Mac and Windows computers?

Virtuscape Audio products are exclusively available on the macOS platform for both Intel and Apple Silicon chipsets.

Do I need additional software like Kontakt to use Virtuscape Instruments ?

No. Virtuscape Audio products stand on their own and do not require any additional software or sample players.
